Color Spraying Line (350 / °230°)
The spraying line consists of multiple stages to ensure maximum productivity and peak efficiency:
- 1- Brush Cleaning: To remove dust and surface impurities from the pieces.
- 2- Water Washing: To clean the pieces from any dirt or unwanted residues before spraying.
- 3- Flame Treatment: To remove moisture resulting from washing and grease, preparing the surface for the spraying process.
- 4- Spraying: Features 6 guns equipped with tanks and color mixers, utilizing horizontal and vertical movement to ensure precise coverage of all parts.
- 5- Oven: Equipped with heaters reaching up to 180°C with an air circulator for uniform heat distribution.
- 6- Loading & Unloading: For unloading finished pieces and loading new ones to maintain continuous, non-stop operation.
The line can be executed according to customer requirements in terms of length, number of stages, and operating speed.

يتكون خط الرش من أكثر من مرحلة لضمان أعلى إنتاجية وأفضل كفاءة:
1- التنظيف بالفرش: لإزالة الأتربة والشوائب السطحية من القطع.
2- الغسيل بالماء: لتنظيف القطع من أي أوساخ أو بقايا غير مرغوبة قبل الرش.
3- المعالجة باللهب: لإزالة الرطوية الناتجة عن الغسيل والدهون وتحضير السطح لعملية الرش.
4- الرش: يضم 6 مسدسات مزودة بخزانات وقابلات للألوان بحركة أفقية ورأسية لضمان رش جميع الأجزاء بدقة.
5- الفرن: يحتوي على سخانات تصل إلى 230°C مع قلاب هواء لتوزيع الحرارة بالتساوي.
6- التفريغ والتحميل: لتفريغ القطع الجاهزة ووضع القطع الجديدة لاستمرار التشغيل دون توقف.
يمكن تنفيذ الخط وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل من حيث الطول وعدد المراحل وسرعة التشغيل.
