General Terms and Conditions of Supply<\/h2>

Introduction<\/strong>
These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the process of sales and supply between Infinity Machines<\/strong> and our valued customers, in order to ensure clarity of mutual obligations and the protection of the rights of all parties. Reviewing and agreeing to these terms is considered an essential part of the purchase process, and they are deemed complementary to any contracts or written agreements signed thereafter.<\/p>

1- Payment<\/h3>
  • \u2714 50% of the machine\u2019s value must be paid in advance upon order confirmation.<\/li>
  • \u2714 The remaining 50% must be settled upon final delivery and before acceptance.<\/li>
  • \u2714 All payments shall be made in the agreed currency, and deadlines must be strictly observed.<\/li><\/ul>

    2- Delivery Time and Location<\/h3>
    • \u2714 Delivery will take place within (45\u201360 working days) from the date of agreement and receipt of the advance payment.<\/li>
    • \u2714 Delivery is made from the company’s warehouses within the Arab Republic of Egypt.<\/li>
    • \u2714 The customer shall bear the costs of transportation, shipping, or insurance, if required.<\/li><\/ul>

      3- Warranty<\/h3>
      • \u2714 All machines are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the delivery date.<\/li>
      • \u2714 The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse or intervention by unauthorized personnel.<\/li>
      • \u2714 The warranty shall be void if the machines are serviced or modified by any party other than our authorized technical team.<\/li><\/ul>

        4- Training and Technical Support<\/h3>
        • \u2714 We provide free on-site training at the customer\u2019s premises for the operation and maintenance of the machines.<\/li>
        • \u2714 The customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable operating environment that complies with the technical specifications.<\/li>
        • \u2714 We supply original spare parts and guarantee their availability even after the warranty period expires.<\/li><\/ul>

          5- Limitation of Liability<\/h3>
          • \u2714 Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts within the warranty period.<\/li>
          • \u2714 We shall not be held responsible for indirect losses or production downtime resulting from misuse or operational failures.<\/li>
