Color Spraying Line (120°C)

The spraying line consists of more than one stage to ensure the highest productivity and best efficiency:

• 1- Spraying Stage: Equipped with 6 spray guns, color tanks, and mixers to ensure color homogeneity. It features horizontal and vertical movement for easy spraying of all pieces.
• 2- Oven: Contains a set of heaters to achieve the required temperature for the colors, along with an air blower to ensure temperature uniformity at 120°C.
• 3- Cooling Stage: Allows pieces to cool slowly to avoid thermal shock from the external ambient temperature.
• 4- Unloading and Loading Stage: For final unloading of finished pieces and placing new pieces for spraying.

This line can be executed according to customer requests.
