General Terms and Conditions of Supply

Introduction
These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the process of sales and supply between Infinity Machines and our valued customers, in order to ensure clarity of mutual obligations and the protection of the rights of all parties. Reviewing and agreeing to these terms is considered an essential part of the purchase process, and they are deemed complementary to any contracts or written agreements signed thereafter.

1- Payment

  • ✔ 50% of the machine’s value must be paid in advance upon order confirmation.
  • ✔ The remaining 50% must be settled upon final delivery and before acceptance.
  • ✔ All payments shall be made in the agreed currency, and deadlines must be strictly observed.

2- Delivery Time and Location

  • ✔ Delivery will take place within (45–60 working days) from the date of agreement and receipt of the advance payment.
  • ✔ Delivery is made from the company’s warehouses within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • ✔ The customer shall bear the costs of transportation, shipping, or insurance, if required.

3- Warranty

  • ✔ All machines are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the delivery date.
  • ✔ The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse or intervention by unauthorized personnel.
  • ✔ The warranty shall be void if the machines are serviced or modified by any party other than our authorized technical team.

4- Training and Technical Support

  • ✔ We provide free on-site training at the customer’s premises for the operation and maintenance of the machines.
  • ✔ The customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable operating environment that complies with the technical specifications.
  • ✔ We supply original spare parts and guarantee their availability even after the warranty period expires.

5- Limitation of Liability

  • ✔ Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts within the warranty period.
  • ✔ We shall not be held responsible for indirect losses or production downtime resulting from misuse or operational failures.
  • ✔ In all cases, our liability shall not exceed the total value of the supplied machine.
